Welcome to my world of real estate!
My neighbors recognize me as the woman always walking the two crazy dogs – our Bassett Hound, Eve, and her Pomeranian mix buddy, Mr. Clark! After many miles of walking our neighborhood, I decided to re-enter the world of real estate after years of working in the non-profit health care fundraising arena. In a previous life, I was a licensed agent in Virginia and loved it! With my husband’s blessing, I’m back in the business and working primarily with home buyers ready for a change, as well as renters who are in search of a new place or are interested in exploring home ownership. I love helping folks find the right place!
I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and have to admit that crossing the bridge for good wasn't easy. But since moving to Maryland, I've had great times exploring and meeting new friends from Dundalk, Urbana, Waldorf, Davidsonville and more. I even found a place to share my time and talents as a volunteer at the Maryland Therapeutic Riding Center in Crownsville. What a fabulous place with instructors certified to provide high-quality horseback riding programs which open new pathways of healing for children and adults with a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional challenges. And trust me, working with the horses can be just as therapeutic for the volunteers!!
The real estate industry is always changing, and I believe in continuing my education so that I'm prepared to help my clients! This past summer I took time out to become an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) with advanced training in working with military families. While I work primarily with clients who are looking for their next home, I love working with sellers as well! My clients live and work from Frederick to Charles County and everywhere in between!
