It's hard to believe that 2016 will be ushered in at the end of this week! I want to thank all my clients for making 2015 a great year because of all the wonderful families I met and assisted along the way!! I love my job!!

1. Interview and hire your listing agent! You may have a dollar figure in mind for the sale of your home, and your agent will help you price your home and help you figure out which projects will bring you the best return on your investment.
2. Make the repairs and updates that will help your house get noticed among all the others!! As you are putting away the holiday decorations, take time to sort through items that you no longer need or want and donate useful items. It's much easier to do it in small bites now instead of trying to crunch everything in to a small window in order to get your house ready to show!
